Orders will be shipped out Priority Mail to all United States addresses. Artwork purchases will packaged appropriately and then insured for the price of the purchase. If an insured parcel is received with damaged products, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to make a claim with the United States Postal Service. Every effort will be made by the Alaska Native Heritage Center to assist the buyer in purchasing a replacement item with the proceeds from the insurance claim. If a purchaser refuses to do the claim on a one-of-a-kind piece of art because it requires relinquishing the item to the US Postal Service and instead makes a request of ANHC to have the artist repair the item, all costs of shipping and repairs is the responsibility of the buyer.
